Our Delaware Project was all about giving a classic home new life for a growing young family. We reimagined much of the main floor, focusing on creating a fresh, functional space filled with warmth and personality. From a dream kitchen makeover to the addition of a bright new home office, every detail was designed to add charm, elevate function, and bring this home to life for modern family living

We transformed the original kitchen into a bright, inviting heart of the home with custom shaker cabinetry, luxe hardware, and crisp white subway tile. Special details like a pull-out pantry, coffee bar, hidden outlets, and a stunning 8-foot island make the space as functional as it is beautiful. Double ovens add convenience, while thoughtful storage solutions keep the counters clutter-free.
Beyond the kitchen, we reconfigured the layout by closing off the original walk-through dining room and adding a wall to create a dedicated home office—perfect for busy family life. The new entry welcomes you with a set of beautiful doors and a light-filled workspace that sets the tone for the rest of the home. With classic finishes and smart upgrades throughout, this first-floor transformation is ready for years of family memories.
